9 months old

Happy 9 months! Today wasn't too fun though, we both have a cold. She's a little more fussy, but still plays so good. She's trying so hard to crawl, doing baby push-ups and rocking back and forth, so should be any day now. Her two bottom teeth came in, it's so cute and she's making smacking sounds with her lips. She shakes her head...I can't help it, everything she does is just the cutest! I gotta work on getting some video of her. She still gets so excited when I change her diaper. She sits in the bath tub like a big girl. Aunt Julie introduced her to cherrios, which she loves! She loves eating period, can't wait 'til Friday to find out how much she weighs...hahaha. She's our big little girl. Here she is just playing on the ground.

Fashion Model

Aaliyah had to try on her new hats and sweaters she got from great aunt Lorrie. She'll have to grow into the sweaters, but the hats fit great! Here's my little model.

Easter Weekend

Saturday we went to Lunch with Bunny; a Sheboygan Jaycees event held at South High School. I actually ran it when I was in the Jaycees...probably about 5 yrs ago. There's games, crafts, lunch and of course getting your picture taken with the Easter bunny. It'll be more fun once she's older to do all the crafts and stuff, but here she is with the Easter bunny.

Sunday we went to church at Trinity and then my Grandma's house for lunch.

The Jelly Bean Prayer

I had MOPS yesterday and thought I'd share what we did. The pastor was our speaker and gave an Easter message and for our craft everyone got a plastic egg with one jelly bean of each color with this prayer.

Happy Easter

The Easter Bunny came early for Aaliyah. Grandma Linda came down on Wednesday to babysit and brought her Easter basket full of goodies. Witzy Wonders book and Witzy the duck, some pretty barrettes and bunny ears that she's wearing. And mom got some skittles!
