Aaliyah climbs up to the piano and plays music for us.  Hopefully she'll be as good as daddy when she's older. ( :

Happy Fathers Day/Happy Birthday

Sunday was Fathers Day and my birthday.  We went to the Mequon pool in the afternoon; it was such a hot day!  It's a really nice pool; they have a wading pool for the kids.  Aaliyah would sit and play with the toy fish...well actually just put them in her mouth!

First Camping Trip

We took Aaliyah camping for the first time this weekend in Devil's Lake.  It sure is a lot of work with a 10 month old, but it was all worth it!  We had a really fun time.  We went to the beach during the day and had a campfire at night.  Weather was hot and breezy.  I just have to learn to not sweat the small stuff as Greg would say. It was frustrating when she didn't go to bed and kept putting leaves in her mouth....but it's a new place and things are going to be different.  Overall she did great!  It was so nice having another little one there too.

Playdate

Aaliyah had a playdate with Breckin today. They're only 2 days apart.  What cuties!!

Blue Harbor

Over Memorial Day weekend, we went to Blue Harbor.  It  was pretty loud in there for Aaliyah, but she did pretty good.
